Covid 19 Blossom Office Update

Posted on May 29, 2021 | About Us

Blog Announcement

The past fourteen or so months have been chaotic and stressful for all of us. We’re so glad that Blossom has been able to remain open and practice safely. Our priority will always be for the health and safety of our patients. As we move into this next stage of state and CDC Covid guidelines, Blossom will continue to require masks to be worn by both patients and family members in the office.

Our staff will also continue to wear masks and additional PPE (personal protective equipment). Each exam room will continue to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between patients. When a patient arrives at the office, they will be screened for Covid. If there’s any reason to believe that the patient has been exposed or currently has symptoms of Covid, we will reschedule the appointment for a later date.

We will continue to limit the number of people waiting in the office, as well as their time spent there. This protocol isn’t anything new for our office. We will keep doing exactly what we have been doing all along. Our goal has always been to keep our patients and families safe, and we will keep doing just that!

We do not predict any major changes in our office protocol until the Covid vaccine is available to younger children. We are thrilled that children 12 and older can now receive the vaccine!

Please reach out with any questions about our protocol. You can stay up-to-date with us by following along on Facebook and Instagram
